Amerald Resort Hotel Desaru - Pengerang

We had a good stay during our previous visit last year, with no complaints. the place was clean, and we booked a double room with garden views, which was superb. Everybody was helpful and efficient. the setting was marvelous, close to a cafe, and both Pengerang and Desaru. the hotel was at a moderate distance from Punggai Bayu Beach. We truly enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast.

Neat hotel room with an exceptionally comfortable bed and private bathroom.

Had a fine stay during our previous year's visit, it met my requirements. The room was neat and fantastic for extra towel. Location: the hotel was next to the slides, the desaru waterpark, and the beach area.

All was perfect.

The rooms were brand-new and spacious, had a bidet, a walk-in shower, and dryers in the bathroom. I appreciated the view of the sea. the location of the property was marvelous, right in front of the beach. It was close enough to Pengerang and Desaru and a Mamak restaurant.

The hotel offers a great value for money with its affordable prices, especially considering the attention to detail in the modern amenities provided in the rooms. The location is a major plus, being very close to the clean and beautiful beach.

Minor improvements could be made in terms of the stability of the water temperature in the toilets.

I chose a delightful room with beautiful ocean views, two comfortable single beds, and all the modern conveniences available.

The staff were amazing and very welcoming, making my business trip a lot more enjoyable. They offered complimentary drinks and snacks and even assisted me with printing some important documents. the hotel was conveniently located near the beach and had breathtaking views. I also enjoyed the spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great amenities.

the cleanliness of the hotel could be improved, as I noticed some unclean areas and dirty utensils during breakfast.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I loved staying at this hotel! The cleanliness of the room was amazing and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the swimming pool and beach were just fantastic. Also, the location was very convenient as it was very close to the beach and the town area.

No negatives.

One thing I loved about this hotel was its proximity to the beach. It was just a short walk away, and the sandy shoreline was absolutely beautiful. The hotel also had a fantastic staff, who were always friendly and ready to help with any requests. Additionally, the rooms were nicely furnished and had modern amenities, including a comfortable sofa bed. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

Everything was fine and there was nothing major that stood out as needing improvement.

All was satisfactory, with no major issues.

We arrived at this hotel, attracted by its location right by the beach. the view was stunning as the sun starts to set and the sound of the waves adds to its charm. we enjoyed taking a walk by the river near to the beach which was spectacular.

Sadly, a big downside was the poor Wi-Fi in the rooms. It was weak and sometimes not working at all, which was quite frustrating especially for work purposes.

The room was comfortable and clean with a good view of the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of options. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to outdoor activities and attractions.

The parking facilities were not well-maintained and the lack of a roof made it difficult during rainy weather. The pool and activity timings were problematic as they began too late, making it difficult to fit everything in.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel by the beach. The location was perfect, right in front of the beautiful and flat beach. I loved waking up to the breathtaking sunrise views from the balcony of my room, overlooking the pool and the sea. The beach itself was pristine and clean, perfect for a relaxing stroll or sunbathing. The hotel staff were exceptional in their service, always with a good attitude and ready to assist.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
